What quality certifications do your products carry?
All products are exported in compliance with FSSAI standards. We provide phytosanitary certificates, certificate of origin, and quality inspection reports with every shipment. Third-party inspection is available on request.
Can I request a specific grade or custom specification?
Yes. We accommodate custom grading, moisture levels, and size specifications based on buyer requirements. Share your spec sheet and we will confirm feasibility within 24 hours.
Do you offer product samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Samples are available for all products and are sent via air courier. Sample costs and courier charges apply and can be adjusted against your first order.
Are your products non-GMO and pesticide-free?
Most of our agri-products are naturally non-GMO. Pesticide residue levels are maintained within international food safety standards. Lab reports can be provided on request.
What certifications do you hold?
IEC Export Code, FSSAI License, GST, RCMC membership, Spice Board registration (pending). Full compliance documentation provided.
What are your lead times?
Ready stock: 7–14 days. Seasonal products: 21–30 days. Exact timelines provided after order confirmation.
What is your minimum order quantity?
International: 1 x 20ft FCL or LCL (5+ MT). Domestic: 5 MT. Samples available via air courier (shipping costs apply).
What product specifications do you provide?

What packaging options are available?
25/50 kg PP bags, jute bags, HDPE bags with liner, BOPP printed bags, 10–45 kg cartons for fresh produce. Private labeling available.
Which payment methods do you accept?
TT (preferred), LC, DAP. Full terms provided after product specification confirmation.
Can you source Myanmar products?
Yes, through our Myanmar headquarters. Gum Karaya, Betel Nut, and other natural resources available on request alongside our Indian portfolio.

Can you supply organic certified products?
Select products are available with organic certification. Please inquire specifically for the product you need and we will confirm availability and pricing.
Shipping & Logistics
What are your standard shipping terms?
We ship on FOB, CIF, and CNF basis. Incoterms are agreed at the time of contract. We handle all export documentation including Bill of Lading, packing list, and commercial invoice.
How long does shipment take to reach my country?
Transit times vary by destination. Typically 10–15 days to Middle East, 18–25 days to Europe and Africa, and 20–30 days to Americas. Air freight is available for urgent or sample orders.
Do you offer LCL (Less than Container Load) shipments?
Yes. LCL consolidation is available for buyers who cannot fill a full container. Minimum order quantities apply per product.
What ports do you ship from?
We ship from major Indian ports. Myanmar-origin products ship from designated Myanmar export points. Exact port details are confirmed at order stage.
Can you arrange reefer containers for fresh produce?
Yes. Fresh produce like mangoes, pomegranates, and onions are shipped in reefer containers to maintain freshness and extend shelf life during transit.

Which countries do you currently export to?
We actively export to the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, Europe, and North America. If your country is not listed, contact us — we will check regulatory requirements and confirm.
How do you handle import regulations for different countries?
Our documentation team is experienced with FSSAI, phytosanitary, and customs requirements for major import markets. Country-specific certificates of conformity are arranged as needed.
Are your products halal certified?
Halal certification is available for select products. Please specify this requirement at inquiry stage so we can confirm and arrange the relevant documentation.
Payments & Terms
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C), and Delivery Against Payment (DAP). T/T is preferred for faster processing.
What are your payment terms for new buyers?
For new buyers, we typically require 30–50% advance with the balance before shipment. Established buyers with good trade history may qualify for revised terms.
Is trade finance or credit available?
We can facilitate introductions to trade finance partners. Please discuss your requirements with our export team directly.
Orders & Process
What is the process to place a first order?
Complete our Buyer KYC form → Receive product specifications and pricing → Confirm grade and packaging → Sign contract → Make advance payment → Production/sourcing begins → Shipment dispatched.
How quickly can you respond to a price inquiry?
We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours on business days. WhatsApp inquiries typically receive faster responses.
Can you handle private labelling or custom packaging?
Yes. Private labelling and custom packaging are available with minimum order quantities. Share your artwork and packaging requirements at inquiry stage.
Do you work with trading companies or only direct buyers?
We work with both direct importers and trading companies. All buyer types are welcome as long as the KYC process is completed.
